Waterproof WPC Flooring with Hardwood-Inspired Detail

Trestles is designed for homeowners who want the visual warmth of wood flooring with a waterproof core, a softer feel underfoot, and a straightforward path to installation. The collection's natural wood tones, Wood Grain Embossing, matte surface, painted V-Groove bevel, and Aluminum Oxide finish create a more realistic wood-look floor across kitchens, living rooms, bedrooms, and other residential spaces.

The 20 mil / 0.5mm wear layer is designed for routine residential traffic, while the attached 1mm IXPE pad adds built-in comfort. CALI's published materials describe Trestles as waterproof, easy to clean, pet-friendly, and suited to high-traffic areas.

Two Installation Paths

Angle-Angle milling supports floating click-lock installation. The CALI guide also covers glue-down installation for suitable subfloor conditions, giving homeowners and installers more flexibility when planning a project.

Plan the Subfloor First

For a successful installation, the subfloor should be dry, clean, structurally sound, and flat to 3/16 inch over a 10-foot radius. CALI requires moisture control on concrete and says the floor is not itself a moisture barrier.

Installation & Care Guidance

For floating installation, CALI's guide calls for at least a 3/8-inch expansion space around vertical objects, 24 hours of acclimation in normal living conditions, and a suitable moisture barrier over concrete. The guide lists a 32°F–113°F use range and says radiant heat is only recommended with the system manufacturer's approval, floating installation, and a floor surface no hotter than 85°F. Glue-down installations have separate adhesive, moisture, and subfloor requirements.

Keep the Finish Looking Its Best

Sweep or vacuum regularly with a brush or felt head, then dry or damp mop with a suitable stone-tile-and-laminate floor cleaner. Do not use a steam mop, wet mop, wax, bleach, abrasive cleaner, or harsh solvent. Use breathable rug pads, felt furniture protectors, and doormats to help reduce scratches and tracked-in grit.
